We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused **All-Rounder Cleaner** to help keep our community spaces shining across the stunning Sunshine Coast. If you’re seeking a **part time role** that fits around your lifestyle, this could be the opportunity for you!

- **Roster**: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- **Hours**: 18 per week
- **Start Time**: From 6:00 AM (site dependent)
- **Shifts breakdown**: Monday: 7hrs | Wednesday 3.5hrs | Friday: 7.5hrs
- **Type**: Permanent Part-Time
- **Start Date**: Immediate start available!

- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain **commercial buildings, park amenities, restrooms, BBQs, and communal areas**:

- Carry out **outdoor cleaning** such as leaf blowing and rubbish removal
- Maintain **high hygiene and safety standards**:

- Use **company-provided equipment and supplies**:

- Deliver a **professional and courteous service** across all sites
- Previous cleaning experience is valued but not essential

- Strong communication and people skills
- Commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work both **independently and as part of a team**:

- Current **Police Clearance** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Own reliable transport** (travel to multiple sites required)
- Must be **ready to start immediately**
