**About the Role**
Placed within Digital Information Services, your role will be to provide high level technical support for Councils IT mobility infrastructure, manage IT infrastructure projects and ensure support processes and 3rd party support arrangements are working effectively.
Key duties include (but are not limited to):
- Management and high-level technical support for the Mobile Device infrastructure including, coordinate technical mobility infrastructure implementations within a project management framework across multiple complex and diverse change programs and initiatives based on business/client needs and technical requirements.
- Hands on extensive experience on software deployment & Patch rollout via Intune and Management tools Config Manager.
- Maintenance of policies on the Enterprise Mobile Management platform that controls functionality and security for all mobile devices.
**About you**
As a requirement of this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant qualification and/or experience managing mobile device environments in medium or large organisation.
You will be proficient in the preparation of professional business correspondence with highly developed skills in report writing, including presenting analytical and statistical information using Power Bi dashboards.
Relevant experience in EUC systems, Intune and Endpoint Configuration management.
You will have strong investigative, analytical and research skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems and initiate solutions, look for proactive and continuous improvements.
