DOCKPRO provides innovative and adaptable boat dry docking solutions for all types of recreational and commercial vessels up to 20 metres.

With significant growth in recent years and increasing international opportunities, we're looking for current crew members to drive and support our business and customers.

The core purpose of this role is to:

Provide a “5 Star” customer experience

Install SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and other products

Perform both routine maintenance and service work, fault finding and product relocations. (tools, company ute, trailer and boat provided as required by the job on the day)

Position is based in Sunshine Coast QLD. 80% of the role covers Noosa to Northern Brisbane

Some interstate and intrastate travel is required

Skills and Experience:

Exceptional customer service & communication skills

Able to work autonomously as an enthusiastic self-starter

Demonstrate good planning & problem solving skills

Positive level of physical fitness ( and can swim )

Must have boat licence as minimum. A Coxswain 3 licence is highly desirable with a willingness to obtain, where necessary

Hands on technical service experience

Experience working with hand tools and power tools

Drivers licence and must be able to reverse trailers

Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
