IT Support Officer (Sunshine Coast)

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide first and second-level technical support across a range of hardware, software, and business applications while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and support records.
- Escalate complex issues when required and work closely with external vendors.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You
- Experience in an IT Support / Helpdesk role.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Entra ID (Azure AD), user and access management.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and end-user devices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
