- Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big‑box retail workplace.
- Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L; management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
- Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
- Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Focus on Customers: Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long‑term success.

- Store leadership experience within a large‑format retailer.
- Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L; analysis and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
- A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
- First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
- Full‑time availability, including weekends.
