**About The Role**

As a Recoveries Advisor in our Third Party Care team you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable people that has been involved in an accident, helping them through difficult situations and working with them directly, to find fair solutions. Your goal will be to listen, understand, and help reach a resolution that benefits everyone involved. You will work closely with our clients and Third Parties throughout each stage of the claims process, helping to meet important milestones and keep everything on track. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role, based onsite at our Sippy Downs office.

- Confident and effective in managing conflict and resolving disputes
- Open to learning and adapting to achieve top results
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus, but not required
