Supervisor Food Services (Sunshine Coast)

We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions. **Key Responsibilities include**: Comply with and implement the SCUH Food Safety Program ensuring this is understood and applied by Patient Support Assistants Coordinate and supervisor scheduled and unscheduled cleaning in accordance with Food Service specifications and procedures ensuring food service staff maintain a clean and safe environment and personal hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with the Coordinator Food Services, Cook and Dieticians to ensure food services meets high level of food safety, patient care and hospital specific requirements Provide guidance to staff regarding allocated duties, responsibilities and corrections against practices, procedures and policies.
