**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the benefits of Archies Footwear products.

Your responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide detailed information about our products, emphasizing their orthopaedic benefits and unique features.

Sales Processing: Efficiently process sales transactions, including cash handling and using our point-of-sale system (Shopify). Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.

Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance in fitting and selecting the right products.

Store Maintenance: Keep the shop organised, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Product Knowledge: Continuously update and expand your knowledge about our product range, their features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage customers and convey product information clearly.

Confidence: Be confident in approaching customers, addressing queries, and offering assistance.

Positive Attitude: Bring a positive and enthusiastic demeanour to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Past Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly valued.

**Hourly Rate**: We offer competitive casual rates for our Sales Assistants: Weekdays: $32.06 per hour Saturday: $38.48 per hour Sunday: $44.89 per hour
