Content Writer (Sunshine Coast)

**Purpose of the role**

Create engaging, on-brand copy across digital platforms, support campaign development, and ensure clear, consistent communication aligned with our tone of voice. Join the winner of IHAC's 2025 In-House Agency of the Year!

**Key priorities**
- Craft engaging copy across digital channels, including web, social, SEM, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling content that supports SEO, brand trust, and performance marketing.
- Translate complex topics into clear, human language tailored to different audiences.
- Ensure consistency with brand tone and messaging across all content.
- Support creative development and campaign rollout alongside marketing and design teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in content strategy, processes, and team ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring content meets briefs and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimise content performance through testing and data insights.

**About you** **Experience & Knowledge**:

- 3+ years of creative and copywriting experience across digital channels (insurance/finance a bonus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven setting.
- Solid understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and working within a regulated industry.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
