Marketing Manager – Solar + Electrical Industry Deionno Electrical & Solar Sunshine Coast QLD or Adelaide SA $85,000 – $110,000 + Super Immediate Start Available Full-Time Position (38 Hours Preferred – Flexible for the Right Candidate) About Us: Deionno Electrical & Solar is a rapidly growing family-owned electrical and renewable energy company operating across South Australia and Queensland. We specialise in premium solar, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical solutions for residential and commercial customers. With hundreds of 5-star reviews, industry-leading installation standards, and recognition as one of Australia’s top solar retailers/installers, we are continuing to scale aggressively across both states. We are now looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team and take our marketing to the next level. The Role: This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who understands modern digital marketing, creative strategy, lead generation, and brand growth. You will work closely with management and our in-house videographer to develop high-performing campaigns, improve brand presence, generate quality leads, and continue growing Deionno Electrical & Solar across SA and QLD. This is an onsite role based either on the Sunshine Coast or in Adelaide. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise META advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram for both SA and QLD markets
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, and retargeting campaigns
* Develop fresh and innovative marketing concepts alongside our in-house videographer
* Create new video creative ideas, ad angles, hooks, campaigns, and promotional concepts
* Oversee and grow our social media channels with engaging and creative content strategies
* Develop referral marketing campaigns and explore additional marketing channels to generate growth
* Assist with website ideas, landing page improvements, and overall customer journey optimisation
* Coordinate with external developers/designers where required for implementation work
* Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, ROAS, and reporting metrics
* Bring new ideas to the table consistently and help push the business forward creatively What We’re Looking For:
* Experience running successful META ad campaigns
* Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
* Confidence working with video concepts and social media content
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
* Marketing experience within solar, trades, construction, or home improvement industries is highly regarded
* WordPress knowledge is a bonus but not essential What We Offer:
