- Join a growing environmental solutions business in a newly created sales-focused role The Opportunity Do you enjoy customer interaction, fast-paced environments and the satisfaction of turning activity into results? Chatoyer Environmental is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Internal Sales Representative to support customer growth and drive sales activity across an established transactional customer portfolio. This role is entirely sales focused — centred around inbound sales conversion, proactive quote follow-up, outbound customer engagement and building repeat purchasing behaviour across existing customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers experience fast response times, clear communication and ease of doing business, while also supporting revenue growth through consistent follow-up and strong relationship management. It’s an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys being on the phone, thrives on momentum and likes taking ownership of customer activity and sales opportunities. Following the onboarding and training period, flexible work-from-home arrangements of up to 2 days per week may also be available for the right candidate. Key Outcomes of the Role
- Inbound Sales & Customer Service – Respond to inbound enquiries, provide product information and pricing, generate quotations and ensure customers receive fast and professional support.
- Quote Follow-Up & Outbound Activity – Follow up quotations within 24–48 hours, maintain outbound customer contact and proactively re-engage inactive or low-frequency customers.
- Customer Portfolio Management – Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 300 transactional customers, identifying opportunities to increase customer frequency and revenue growth.
- CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate CRM records, customer activity and quote tracking to support pipeline visibility and ongoing sales management.
- Commercial Support – Support ease of doing business through responsiveness, organisation and proactive communication across the customer journey. About You You are someone who:
- Has experience in internal sales, customer service or another commercially focused role.
- Is confident communicating with customers and enjoys phone-based interaction.
- Is proactive, organised and enjoys maintaining momentum throughout the day.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving priorities.
- Has strong follow-through and naturally keeps tasks and customer activity progressing.
- Has experience using CRM or ERP systems such as Business Central 365 (desirable).
- Has exposure to industrial, environmental or consumables industries (desirable).
- Can identify and act on opportunities to increase customer value through upselling and cross-selling
