Xero & ShiftCare Administration Assistant – iCan Support Services

- Immediate Start At iCan Support Services, we are growing and looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our expanding NDIS operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced in both Xero and ShiftCare who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and participant-focused support. About the Role You will assist with the day-to-day administration and operational support of our NDIS services, including:
- Managing Xero invoicing and reconciliations
- Processing participant invoices and claims
- Monitoring overdue invoices and payment follow-ups
- Assisting with payroll preparation and staff timesheets
- Managing ShiftCare schedules, case notes, and compliance records
- Uploading and maintaining participant documentation
- Assisting with incident reports and administrative compliance
- Coordinating communication with support coordinators, plan managers, and staff
- General administration and operational support Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience using Xero
- Experience using ShiftCare (or similar NDIS rostering software)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Experience in the NDIS, disability, healthcare, or community sector preferred
