1300SMILES Buderim is on the lookout for a skilled Dental Receptionist to become part of our welcoming team. We are looking for a Receptionist to work casually on a Tuesday and a Friday. Job Description Situated in the local shopping village, our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach, our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
