**About our Chance**

We're looking for a sales hunter to join Corinthian Acacia Ridge branch to prospect new customers and maintain strong relationships with our established builder portfolio, servicing the Sunshine Coast Region from Caboolture up to Hervey Bay. You will plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets by account management, promoting through specifications to builders and attend trade shows, this role will see you predominantly on road. Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, you will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships by offering hands on support with site visits, and measurements right through to after sales support such as inspections on products and investigating defect issues.

**About You**

We’re looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their own work schedule, experience within the building industry is essential to being considered for this opportunity. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role.

You must also have:

- reside on the Sunshine Coast
- previous experience in the building/construction industry
- experience selling custom made-to-order and install products, desirable
- comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities and analyse data to manage the sales pipeline efficiently
