- 6:30pm , we provide the ultimate setting for 125 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you

Client is an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership

Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments

You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners

Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child

Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching

Lays a solid foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What you’ll bring

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

A current Working with Children Check

Robust knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Australian Working Rights

A professional and friendly personal presentation

Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community

A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference

Two qualified references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
