About The Role:

We are looking for positive & enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who’s ready to dig in and help keep our projects on solid ground! Full time (open to part time minimum 30hrs/week)

This is an excellent opportunity for those with rock-solid administration skills wanting to be part of a supportive and flexible work environment.

Duties will include:

Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate job schedules, source start-up information, and handle staff travel arrangements

Accounts: Project invoicing and follow up on aged receivables

Office & staff management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of Geotech Teams, including arranging vehicle repairs, managing staff training, and ensuring trade licenses are up to date

Event Coordination: Assist with planning team-building events and activities for the Wider Arcos Team

Cross discipline support/coverage

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and preferably within the Building/Construction industry

Developed knowledge of general office processes and systems

Competent in use of office equipment

Accounts & Invoicing experience
