Project Engineer Sunshine Coast Regional

We are currently partnering with a well-established Tier 1 Building Contractor, delivering premium large-scale, high-rise Residential projects across Australia.

We are seeking a Project Engineer interested in working on a high-value Residential project.

Work with a outstanding team, a Site Manager who is has great experience in the industry and runs projects in time and cost.

About The Role

This is a high-profile Sunshine Coast project with a high-level of architectural design and specification.

It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.

Design coordination and documentation management

Procurement and subcontractor coordination

Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking

QA inspections and compliance

Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting

Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams

About You

Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management

Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer

Background delivering building projects within the $50M-$300M range

Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use

Residential or mixed-use project experience highly regarded

Sound understanding of medium to high-rise buldings

Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex

Robust communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset

Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced site teams
