About the Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big‑box retail setting.

Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L; management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.

Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.

Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.

Focus on Customers: Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long‑term success.

Achieve Goals: Set and smash ambitious targets while having fun along the way.

What We Are Looking For

Store leadership experience within a large‑format retailer.

Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.

Solid financial acumen, including experience in P&L; analysis and forecasting.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.

A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)

First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.

Full‑time availability, including weekends.
