Associate / Broker Assistant (All-Rounder) Full-time

Working closely with our Lending Advisors, you’ll play a hands-on, all-round support role across the full lending lifecycle, from helping structure deals through to supporting clients all the way to settlement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their lending career (around 12 months’ experience) who is eager to learn, grow and get exposure across both loan processing and settlements support. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Lending Advisors in preparing and packaging high-quality loan submissions
- Assisting with deal structuring and ensuring applications are submission-ready
- Supporting the broker, the Associate and Settlements functions to ensure a smooth client journey from lead through to settlement
- Maintaining CRM systems, client data and file integrity
- Liaising with lenders, valuers and clients to keep applications progressing
- Assisting in resolving issues quickly to avoid delays in approvals or settlements
- Ensuring all work aligns with NCCP, BID and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with the broader team to deliver solid client outcomes About You You’re an enthusiastic and adaptable team player who wants to build a long-term career in lending.
- 12 months’ experience in property lending, banking or finance (broker support, loan processing or similar)
- A strong interest learning the full lending and settlements process
- High attention to detail and a willingness to get involved wherever needed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Solid communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
