We're excited to welcome an Improvement and Implementation Lead to our Strategy and Performance Team within Mental Health and Specialised Services at Sunshine Coast Health Service.

This role partners with consumers, teams, managers, and executives to lead initiatives that enhance services and patient outcomes. By using contemporary improvement methodologies, the Lead will evaluate services and implement systems to ensure solutions are equitable, responsive, and tailored to the needs of different clinical specialties.
You will play a key role in service evaluation, workforce development, and implementing improvement strategies, which may include redesigning models of care and workflows to support strategic goals. The Improvement and Implementation Lead will help build a sustainable, evidence-based healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate service improvements across Mental Health and Specialised Services, working with teams to design and implement practical, evidence-based models of care that improve how services are delivered.
Identifies, implements, and evaluates improvement initiatives, such as models of care, service provision, workflows, and processes.
Champion improvement and implementation methodologies, frameworks, and processes that support innovation and best practice.
Work collaboratively with other improvement and innovation functions within the SCHHS.
Remuneration value up to $102 940 p.a., comprising salary rates: $70.66
- $75.83 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) or Remuneration value up to $103 569 p.a., comprising salary rates: $73.12
- $76.30 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) or Remuneration value up to $104 020 p.a., comprising salary rates: $70.58
- $76.63 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG7) (part time position available, 45.6 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
