Our dynamic program, delivered in collaboration with Ampd Academy and BUSY At Work, includes: 1. Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation 2. 563 hours of paid, on-the-job training, usually completed in 12-18 months 3. Industry Qualifications
- including CPR, First Aid, Swim Teaching, and the opportunity to become a qualified Pool Lifeguard. Immerse yourself in all areas of our business including swim school, customer service, operations and aquatic facility management. Gain hands-on experience as you work towards roles such as Swim Teacher, Pool Lifeguard or even Duty Manager. Successfully completing your traineeship unlocks a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation, QCE Points, as well as industry qualifications, paving the way for a fulfilling career in the aquatics sector!
