Role Overview We are searching for a passionate Retail Assistant to join our team. You will be involved in every step of the customer’s journey, styling and customising high‑fashion frames from across luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci to suit their lifestyle. Responsibilities
- Champion and promote our brands such as PRADA, CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Ray‑Ban, and many others.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable in‑store experience.
- Support customers in selecting and fitting eyewear. Qualifications
- Previous retail and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy with customers.
