- Creativity / Critical Thinking / Character / Communication / Collaboration / Citizenship. About the Role AS the HOD of Visual Arts and E-Learn you will have the responsibilities for the following:
- Lead & Manage V9 Australian curriculum Visual ARTS / Media and Digital Technologies Year 7 -10.
- Lead and manage QCAA Senior Subjects, Film, Television and Recent Media, Visual Art, Visual Arts in Practice, Certificate III visual Arts.
- Lead & manage pedagogy (ASoT & NPDL) within Visual ARTS/ Media and Digital Technologies classes.
- E-learning plan and continual development of Q learn initiative and roll out including whole staff support through the line management of digital champions.
- Line management of & faculty staff.
- Coaching and capability development of faculty staff.
- Instructional Leadership
- Implementation of EIA including whole school strategies and department initiatives.
- Wellbeing of staff.
**As the Head of Department, you will**:
- lead curriculum focus in line with school and departmental initiatives.
- participate in delivering the vision of State Schools Division.
- develop the quality of teaching and learning.
- nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated support for and the capacity to develop and maintain an organisational culture based on ethical professional and personal behaviours and corporate values.
