Our expanding Sunshine Coast Hinterland portfolio includes some of the region’s most beautiful homes and retreats, and we’re now seeking an exceptional Co-Host to help maintain our high standards. About the Role

As a Co-Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience and that each property is maintained to the highest standard. This sub-contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, communicates well, and has a passion for hospitality, guest service and is living in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures.
- Coordinate and communicate with cleaning teams.
- Manage restocking of amenities and household supplies.
- Liaise with guests as needed to resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance concerns or property damage through internal systems.
- Support the Welcome Ready team with ad-hoc hosting and operational tasks. What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and strong reliability.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Professional and confident in guest interactions.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone and ABN.
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation for well-presented spaces.
- Experience in short-term rentals, housekeeping, or hospitality (preferred but not essential). What We Offer
