- Oversee the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
- Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless property and building services What You’ll Bring
