As a Civil Engineer specialising in Bridges, Roads & Structures, you’ll provide technical expertise while managing small to medium transport projects. You’ll craft high-quality reports, drive project success, and be part of an innovative, client-focused team. This role is based in WSP's Sunshine Coast office with flexible work style arrangements available. What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
- Collaborate across teams to deliver smarter solutions.
- Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem‑solving.
- Apply industry best practices and ensure design compliance.
- Create detailed technical reports and engineering drawings.
- Review and enhance engineering designs and project documents.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support business growth through bid and tender preparation. What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in transport infrastructure (multidisciplinary project experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis.
- Skilled in using engineering software and preparing technical reports.
- A team-oriented, adaptable, and solutions‑driven mindset.
