About the role Reporting into senior procurement leadership, the Procurement Business Partner will support a broad indirect spend portfolio across areas such as packaging, freight, chemicals, energy, consumables, and operational services. This is a highly commercial, stakeholder‑facing role suited to someone who enjoys variety and project‑based procurement rather than sitting within one category long term. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sourcing and tender activities end‑to‑end
- Identifying and delivering cost‑saving and value creation opportunities
- Managing supplier negotiations and commercial discussions
- Building strong relationships with operational stakeholders
- Driving procurement initiatives from opportunity identification through to implementation
- Supporting the ongoing uplift of procurement capability across the business
