- Open door policy Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of Accountants
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Preparation of documents and correspondence on behalf of Accountants
- Deal directly with clients on behalf of Accountants
- Onboarding of new clients
- Liaise with the ATO and ASIC to undertake associated duties
- Undertake general administrative duties as required About You:
- Ideally you will have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Must have experience working on Xero
- You will enjoy working as part of a team
- Your work ethic will be strong
