- Full Time Location: Melrose Head Office Job Category: Administration Melrose Built is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in new build construction to join our New Build division. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery through procurement, commercial management, and risk control, ensuring compliance with safety and contractual obligations. Reporting to the Project Manager and Team Lead, the role supports the project from award through completion, providing commercial oversight and coordination to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support project delivery through commercial management and contract administration Champion Melrose’s safety systems and ensure compliance with WHS standards Manage subcontractor procurement, claims, and variations with transparency Assist with budget development, forecasting, and cost reporting Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors About You Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator on builder-side new build projects Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contract management Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic project workplace Commitment to proactive safety culture and ethical work practices We Offer Competitive salary + super 4 weeks annual leave plus 5 days paid wellbeing leave, available from your start date Participation in our profit share scheme after 12 months Career progression within a values-driven leadership team Strong support from senior management and operations A culture built on Care, Dependability and Excellence How to Apply Submit your CV detailing your experience delivering New Build projects.
