Key Responsibilities: Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high performing marketing team
- Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and ROI performance
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales and other departments to align on targets and priorities
- Identify market opportunities, positioning, and competitive differentiation Sales Enablement & Pipeline Ownership
- Own the lead journey through to handover to the sales team
- Partner closely with sales to ensure effective lead qualification and conversion
- Manage the events and campaign calendar to drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Track and optimise conversion rates across each stage of the funnel Marketing Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, email, landing pages, events, lead magnets)
- Oversee the content strategy and calendar, including:
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Paid advertising creatives
- Video and podcast content
- Community engagement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in lead generation performance and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners Brand & Market Positioning
- Build brand awareness across Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
- Strengthen product and program positioning within the market
- Maintain high standards across all marketing collateral and customer touchpoints Systems, Data & Performance
- Assist with optimising CRM systems to manage lead flow, segmentation, and reporting
- Build and refine marketing automation to improve efficiency and conversion
- Analyse and report on key metrics, including:
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rates
- Lead quality and pipeline velocity
- Campaign ROI
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team About You
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within coaching, education, or service based businesses
- Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and revenue driven marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and hands on execution
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
- Data driven with solid analytical and optimisation skills
- Hands on experience with CRM platforms (like Zoho) and marketing automation tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
