We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to help manage our growing portfolio of beautiful holiday homes across the Sunshine Coast.

Who we are:

Soulfull Stayz is a small, family-run short-term rental management business. We manage a handpicked collection of Airbnb-style properties across the Sunshine Coast, focusing on quality homes and genuine service. Our business is built on relationships, with property owners, co-hosts, and guests, and we’re now looking for the right person to join us as our first dedicated Property Portfolio Manager.

About the role:

This role is all about keeping our properties running smoothly and our guests and owners happy. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from coordinating maintenance to checking in with co-hosts and handling day-to-day operations. Some days you’ll be out inspecting properties, other days you’ll be managing things from home, no two days are quite the same.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing our Sunshine Coast property portfolio.

Coordinating with co-hosts, cleaners, and maintenance contractors.

Conducting property inspections and keeping standards high.

Managing linen and stock quantities at our storage shed.

Keeping communication flowing between owners, guests, and our team.

About you:

You’re proactive, reliable, and great at juggling a few things at once. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you see what needs doing and make it happen. You’re also friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with everyone from guests to property owners.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is highly organised and confident working independently.

Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.

Can think on their feet and solve problems quickly.

Lives locally on the Sunshine Coast.

What we offer:

Flexible hours (around 9am-3pm, 4 days/ week preferred, but we can work around the right person).
