- Proactively engage with and grow our recruitment candidate community using our CRM (Bullhorn), running searches and posting articles on LinkedIn, job posts, outbound and inbound phone calls, InMails and emails
- Interview qualified candidates, manage their experience and recruitment journey, to support them land their perfect role
- Manage Jobs: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates
- Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract current clients and arrange meetings
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team \ Qualifications Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role, ideally in Sales or Customer Service centric roles. Attributes
