**About The Role**
- Full-time and onsite, 9-day fortnightly roster working Monday to Friday only
- Actively engaging with clients, Third Parties, and other insurers throughout the claims process
- Negotiating and proactively seeking to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customer
- Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
- Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

**About You**
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
- Robust time management skills and multitasking ability
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
- Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
