Claims Car Advisor (Sunshine Coast)

Join our dynamic team as a Claims Advisor at our Sippy Downs headquarters. This role will be central to Youi’s reputation and relationships, and is crucial in end to end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

**About the role**
- Onsite and full time, working Monday to Friday
- No insurance experience needed, base salary guaranteed
- Manage your own portfolio of claims
- Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim

**About You**
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
