About Us Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR) is one of the largest medical imaging providers on the Sunshine Coast and proudly part of Imaging Queensland’s award-winning network of practices and Integral Diagnostics group. **Key Responsibilities**

About the Role Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a full time and part time Medical Receptionist who values teamwork with a high regard for quality patient care to be a valued member of our team, working in our Maroochydore practice that offers X-ray, CT, MRI, Interventional and Ultrasound Medical Imaging services.

As the first point of contact for our patients, your key responsibilities are:

- First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk
- Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds
- Liaise with referrers, doctors, patients for delivery of patient medical results

About You
- Experience in a front desk environment; ideally in Medical, Health or Radiology (x-ray) practice
- Excellent presentation, a high level of communication and patient care skills
- a positive attitude is a must!
- A can-do attitude that builds rapport with patients, staff and Doctors easily
- Excellent administration, computer skills and data entry
- previous experience with booking programs
- An eye for detail and the need to do things right
- Integrity, respect and professionalism
- Medicare knowledge and medical billing would be advantageous

- enjoy regular morning teas and celebrations! We have a full time and part time position available. On position is 4 days per week working across our SCUPH/Warana sites or full time at our Nambour/Maroochydore/Noosa sites! Monday to Friday only. No weekends.
