Assistant in Nursing Trainee (Sunshine Coast)

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Services Assistant Trainee in Nursing.

While studying a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, you will work within in Nursing industry
- we have both Full Time and Part Time opportunities.

As a Health Services Assitance Trainee you will use a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge to provide assistance to health professional staff for the care of clients. Health services assistance involves the worker in direct client contact under supervision.

**Duties may include but not limited to**:

- Providing patient care
- diet, excercise, dressing, caring for their daily needs, personal hygiene assistance
- Setting up and maintaining medical equipment
- Monitoring vital signs
- Maintaining patient records
- Communicating with patients and their families
- Simple wound care and infection prevention

- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Provisional P1 driver licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
