Home Maintenance (Sunshine Coast)

Care Time is looking for reliable Home and Garden Maintenance workers.

No formal qualifications are required for Home & Garden Attendant; however experience in human services is an advantage. ALL carers must maintain and source Current First Aid, CPR and National Police Checks and preferred if staff hold a Certificate in Manual Handling.

The Maintenance person will work solo, under the supervision of the Employer/Manager to meet the specified needs of the client or carer in their own home or centre. Completing tasks include reporting any events/ accidents or near misses to the office with in 24hours. Staff returns signed Client dockets to the office no later than 12md Tuesday following the end of each working week. Ensure you are working inside your scope of practice/ guidelines. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Hedge trimming
- Lawn mowing
- Gutter clearing
- Pressure cleaning with gurney
- Indoor/outdoor fan and window cleaning

Must have own car and license, basic tools, smart phone and internet access for rostering.

**Salary**: $25.00
- $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
