Business Trainee (Sunshine Coast)

Interested in admin and reception work? East Coast Apprenticeships are seeking multiple business trainees to work on the Sunshine Coast! This is a 12 month paid traineeship, where you will work towards a Certificate III in Business. Roles could be placed in solicitors offices, medical offices, general office, etc.

**Duties may include but not limited to**:

- Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
- Data entry, filing and scanning. Ensuring reception area is always kept tidy
- Customer service
- in person and over the phone
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs

**Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria**:

- Genuinely seeking a foot in the door within the business industry
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and initiative to take on tasks
- Drivers licence and own transport preferred

Please note you must also be an Australian or Recent Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
