Marketing Manager Join the dynamic team at Digital Nomads HQ as a full-time Marketing Manager based in Mooloolaba, QLD. Full‑time, On‑site. Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year. About the role Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Digital Nomads and our clients. What you’ll be doing
- Integrated Campaign Design: develop and own multi‑channel marketing strategies that combine SEO, paid media, content, and email to meet client objectives.
- Long‑Term Growth Planning: identify market trends, competitive shifts, and new channel opportunities to ensure scalable, sustained growth.
- Budget & ROI Ownership: manage and allocate client marketing budgets across platforms; measure campaign efficiency with CPL, ROAS, CPA and report ROI to clients.
- Executive Reporting: lead client pitches, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning meetings, translating complex data into business outcomes.
- Development & Implementation Liaison: serve as the primary communication hub between execution teams (SEO, paid media) and the web development team; translate requirements into prioritized tickets and oversee deployment schedules.
- Performance Management: lead, mentor, and manage specialists and coordinators across SEO, content, and paid media; conduct regular performance reviews and goal setting.
- Capacity Planning: forecast project resources, manage workload, and drive hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Operational Excellence: standardise and optimise internal workflows for the entire client lifecycle to ensure high‑quality delivery. Hard Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing multi‑channel campaigns or leading an agency team.
- Expert proficiency in GA4, GTM, and the Google Search Console ecosystem.
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets and campaigns across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Advanced data manipulation and visualisation skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field. Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies
- Cross‑Functional Communication Hub: exceptional ability to liaison between internal execution teams and technical implementation teams.
- Executive Presentation & Storytelling: synthesize complex data into clear, compelling business narratives for executive‑level clients.

- Coaching & Delegation: mentor direct reports and delegate tasks effectively to drive high performance.
