- Design engaging and practical learning solutions aligned to business needs
- Develop facilitator guides, learner resources, presentations and learning pathways
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and performance opportunities
- Create learning assets that support both technical and behavioural development
- Support onboarding, upskilling, compliance and change-related learning initiatives
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve solutions based on outcomes What do you need?

- Experience in learning design, capability development or instructional design
- Background working within operational environments such as insurance, contact centre or financial services
- Strong ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience developing learning materials, presentations and capability frameworks
