Asset Finance Broker / Sales Executive Maroochydore

We're building something exciting on the Sunshine Coast and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

What started as Shielded Insurance Brokers, now one of Australia's most awarded insurance brokerages, has grown into a broader group with the most recent launch of Shielded Finance, our asset finance broking arm.

This role is intentionally open. We're interested in two kinds of people:

If you're an experienced broker
- you know how to write deals, work lenders, and manage a client base. You want the autonomy to do your best work, without the noise of a big corporate. Bring your expertise, and let's build something together.

If you're earlier in your career
- maybe you've got epic sales skills, a keen interest in finance and you're ready to back yourself into finance broking. You're sharp, hungry to learn, and want to work towards becoming a finance broker.

What the role involves: Working across the asset finance deal lifecycle from client enquiry through to settlement Building and managing client and referral relationships Collaborating with lenders and BDMs to find the right fit for every deal Growing with a business that's invested in doing things right

What we're looking for: Strong communication and relationship skills (non-negotiable) A genuine interest in finance and helping clients make valuable decisions Self-motivation
- this is a role for people who take ownership Industry experience is valued but not essential for the right person
