At Early Start Australia (ESA), we provide early intervention and therapy services to children and families across 46 clinics nationwide. With a team of over 600 professionals, we support more than 28,000 families each year.
About the Role
Conduct clinical assessments to identify goals and areas of need
Provide therapy that is practical, engaging, and tailored to each child and family
Work closely with families to develop and review goals
Support children’s participation in everyday and community activities
Collaborate with other professionals and key stakeholders
Contribute to ongoing service improvement and best practice

What You’ll Need
A degree in Psychology and current registration with AHPRA
A genuine interest in working with children and families
Strong communication and counselling skills
Experience in mental health or risk assessments (desirable)
A current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid certificate, COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, and a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle
