To find out more about our organisation visit Customer Service Officer The Customer Service Officer represents the face of the centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional guest experience for our customers, therefore immaculate presentation is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary representative and face of the centre, delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional and immaculate presentation.
- Serves as a key liaison between centre management, customers, and retailers, often acting as the voice of the customer.
- Ensures the customer service desk delivers accurate, timely information across all channels to create a seamless and enjoyable shopper and retailer experience.
- Manages the sale and/or rental of value‑add services, including the Gift Card program and mobility equipment.
- Supports the centre management team across administration, operations, marketing, and promotional activities through multiple communication channels. About you
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience would be preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain immaculate personal presentation.
