You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced workplace, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently within the worksite.
- Carry out loading, stockpile management, and general material handling duties.
- Hold and operate under the appropriate RII qualifications.
- Assist with office duties when required, including paperwork, data entry, customer service, and phone enquiries.
- Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with manual handling and general labouring duties as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements. What You Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience operating front-end loaders in a similar role.
- Valid Front End Loader Ticket and relevant RII qualifications.
- Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to assist in both operational and office-based tasks.
