**Responsibilities**:
- Handle and process insurance claims related to catastrophic events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers in a compassionate and professional manner, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Investigate and assess the extent of damage, loss, or injury to determine coverage and liability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, adjusters, and external partners to facilitate the claims resolution process.
- Keep detailed records and documentation of claims activities and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their claims and answer any inquiries they may have.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
