- Recent completion of a bachelor’s degree prior to commencement of the program – open to graduates with an Electrical Engineering background, with or without Computer Science studies.
- Interest or electives in Power Systems or High Voltage (HV) systems will be highly regarded.
- Strong written communication, teamwork and collaboration capability.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills, including the ability to use workplace technologies, digital communication tools, and AI tools effectively and responsibly.
- Customer focus and a positive and proactive approach to interacting with our community.
- Understanding of and commitment to safe behaviours that keep our workplace healthy.
- Strong time management, multi‑tasking, investigative, analytical and research skills.
- Drive to achieve development goals, plans and work across a variety of systems and projects to achieve team outcomes.
