Your Duties:

You’ll manage a tight, capped portfolio, with full support and flexible working arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with tenants and landlords

Conducting Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections

Coordinating repairs & maintenance

Managing arrears

Performing rent and lease reviews

Using cloud-based property management software

About You:

Minimum 12 months of experience in Property Management

Current QLD Certificate of Registration

Strong attention to detail and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic

Valid driver’s licence
