Join our team for Small Business Insurance (SBI), providing tailored insurance solutions to our small business clients, covering all aspects from enquiries and sales, to amendments and renewals. You'll safeguard the success of our valued small business customers, ensuring their businesses are protected from every angle. We believe in a collaborative approach, working in an engaging team environment to guarantee every business challenge is resolved.
About the role
Onsite and full time, working Monday to Friday
Actively engaging with our small business clients, showcasing the perks of our SBI products and services
Fielding general questions about SBI, while amending existing policies and setting up current ones
Problem-solving to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of insurance
Working collectively to reaching sales and performance targets
About you
Passionate in providing an exceptional customer experience
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage our clients with confidence
A positive attitude that thrives in a performance driven and team-oriented team workplace
A trade background or small business ownership/management experience is beneficial to relate to our client base, though not essential
