About The Role
Full time and onsite, 9-day fortnightly roster working Monday to Friday only
Actively engaging with clients, Third Parties, and other insurers throughout the claims process
Negotiating and proactively seeking to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customer
Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks
About You
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
Robust time management skills and multitasking ability
Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
