As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer at Youi, you’ll be part of a cross‑functional fusion team, building and maintaining in‑house software that directly supports our customers and teams. You’ll work on everything from UI changes and APIs through to cloud deployments and production support — choosing practical, value‑driven solutions rather than chasing perfection.

This is a hands‑on engineering role in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll collaborate closely with product and technology peers, contribute to design decisions, review code, and help keep our applications running smoothly as we continue our cloud and modernisation journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain full‑stack solutions, from front‑end UI (Angular) to backend services and APIs (.NET)

Contribute across the stack based on team priorities, balancing current features and improvements

Work in an agile fusion team to design pragmatic, production‑ready solutions

Maintain code quality, testing and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure)

Support live applications by investigating and resolving production issues

Proven experience as a full‑stack engineer in an agile environment

Hands‑on experience with both front‑end and back‑end development

Practical mindset that values progress, delivery and continuous improvement

Comfort working with modern engineering practices and cloud platforms

Robust communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams
